  • Avoid the “Bathroom Trap”: While convenient, the humidity and temperature fluctuations from your shower can break down the fragrance molecules quickly. Store your vials in a cool, dry place instead.

  • Keep it Dark: Sunlight is the enemy of perfume. UV rays can alter the chemical balance of the oils, changing how the scent smells. A drawer, a closet, or an opaque box is the perfect home for your collection.

  • Keep it Upright: To prevent any potential evaporation or leaking, always store your travel sprays and vials in an upright position.

  • TSA-Friendly: The  2ml, 5ml, and 10ml decants are well under the 100ml (3.4 oz) limit, making them perfect for your carry-on or personal item.

  • Pressure Protection: Changes in cabin pressure can sometimes cause minor expansion. We recommend placing your decants in a small, sealed pouch or Ziploc bag to protect your other belongings—just in case.

  • Temperature Control: Never leave your fragrances in a hot car. High heat can “cook” the delicate top notes, permanently altering the scent you love.

Are your fragrances authentic?

Absolutely. We only source 100% genuine perfumes directly from authorized retailers and reputable distributors. We never use “inspired-by” oils or imitations.

Our team uses professional, sterile equipment to transfer the original fragrance into our signature PetitPerfumes glass vials. This ensures the scent remains untainted and retains its full complexity.

As a general rule:

  • 5ml: ~65–75 sprays (Perfect for a week-long trip).

No, we do not sell testers or used perfumes. All of our samples are authentic and decanted from the original, sealed designer retail bottles.

Eau de Toilette (EDT) is a light fragrance that has an oil concentration between 5% – 15%. The fragrance lasts 3–5 hours and is perfect for daytime, office wear, or summer fun.

Eau de Parfum (EDP) is the most common fragrance with an oil concentration of 15% – 20%. The fragrance lasts 5–8 hours and is perfect for date night or as a daily signature scent.

Parfum (Extrait) has the highest oil concentration at 20% – 40%. The fragrance will last 8+ hours and is great for formal events or cold weather.
